    Tasting of the three declinations of Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG in combination with typical Canavese products.
    Guided tour of the historic Gnavi winery, to learn more about our history and the production philosophy of our winery: an exciting experience that begins with the cultivation of the vine and ends in the glass tasting the Gnavi wines.
    Excursion in the vineyard to discover the “Erbaluce topies” of Gnavi, one of the most historical and well-known of Caluso, and get to know the morainic hills: a walk through the geological origins of Canavese and its wine-making vocation.
    Thematic events of Canavese culture, to discover and taste, the eno-gastronomic excellences, the flavors and colors of our territory (details and updates on https://it-it.facebook.com/cantinagnavi/ and www.cantinagnavi.it ).
    Exhibition of temporary exhibitions of paintings, ceramics and other works by local artists.
    The history of the Gnavi winery is inextricably linked to Caluso and its morainic hills, where the soul and heart of the Erbaluce vines reside. Just like our wines, even our surname is autochthonous and tells a story of knowledge and traditions of the territory that are handed down from father to son.
    Today, Carlo, the sole heir and custodian of his father’s knowledge, collaborates with his nephew Giorgio, collects grapes and vinifies them from his own hands, to give life to all the different forms of Erbaluce: the traditional and fresh Erbaluce by Caluso Cav . Giovanni, the characteristic and poignant Caluso Passito Revej, and the innovative and unique Erbaluce di Caluso Spumante Turbante.
