La Stella Alpina srl has been producing genepy since 2014, initially at Ceresole Reale in Chiapili Inferiore (1650 meters above sea level) producing “Tre Levanne” and then the following year at Campiglia Soana in Aphefi (1380 meters above sea level) producing the “Tchampiy” of which in 2017 we got the Gran Paradiso National Park quality mark.
We then added other liquors using herbs and fruits collected from us in Soana Valley
