The Albergo Centro is particularly suitable for those wishing to enjoy a few days of peace and complete rest in contact with unspoilt nature. In this splendid position the view sweeps over the highest peaks of the Valchiusella.In addition to the 11 rooms equipped with all services, there is a bar area for aperitifs and wine tastings, and a large dehor summer area.We rent electric bikes (e-bikes) and organize bike tours. We also organize walks to recognizeand discover in nature the herbs that can be used in traditional cuisine, Dinner with menu based on herbs.The restaurant proposes a genuine cuisine, according to the Piedmontese tradition, with flavors that faithfully reproduce the ancient valley and Canavese recipes. We use of the most typical and traditional local products, such as the meat that comes exclusively from cattle raised in the open-air pastures of Valchiusella, butter and mountain pasture cheeses. A varied menu in line with the season: in the spring wild herbs dominate the scene, while in the other seasons themed lunches and dinners are prepared: game, mushrooms, soups, cheeses and, by reservation, dinners of only appetizers.
